The Audubon Recreation Fields offer community members a place to play, organize games and relax with family and friends in a safe, clean, and organized outdoor facility. The township uses the park's six baseball diamonds to host baseball and softball games; pick-up games are common, and local school sports teams use this park as a practice area. In addition to the baseball diamonds, the recreation area also has a long dog-walking trail, playground area, picnic tables and walking trail. The recreation area is open to the public daily, from dawn until dusk.
Valley Forge Martial Arts has joined forces with regional Vaughn's Dojang to provide a comprehensive, professional and traditional martial arts training center. Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art, is the primary focus. This art is designed to develop individual character, mental strength, integrity, discipline and respect for himself and others. Children, adults, beginner and advanced students are welcome to study with the studio. One-hour classes are held twice a week, and this particular school is for those seeking a serious martial arts training approach, rather than a physical fitness or recreational activity.
This private, members-only club in Audubon has provided the tri-state area with firearm safety and safe shooting environments on approximately 47 acres of land since 1949. Offering basic pistol and personal safety classes, wooded archery courses, indoor and outdoor ranges for pistol and rifle, hunter/trapper education courses, sporting clay events and more, the LPRGC is a fully licensed and insured facility.
Membership must be attained to utilize the private grounds and club and generally takes about a month to aquire. A long private drive-way leads from Egypt Road to the main facility where membership information and check-in takes place.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania is located on Dekalb Street in Norristown. This is a youth center focusing on the enrichment of children's lives through the support of mentors. At-risk children of the Montgomery community ages six to seventeen are given one-on-one attention.

Jeffersonville Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 70 public course that is owned and operated by West Norriton Township. The course was restored and modernized in 2002. It is host to tournaments throughout the year including the USGA Men's Amateur Public Links Sectional qualifier. There is a fully stocked pro shop, practice putting green, restaurant and banquet facility that can be used for weddings, parties and other special occasions.
Studio D Pilates is located in an old stone farm house in East Norriton, offering both traditional and contemporary Pilates instruction. Ms. Dale Irwin, studio owner, has been instructing since 1992. Ms. Irwin is also a certified personal trainer and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Individual pilates sessions are $55, duet $35 per person, and trio $20 per person. All sessions are by appointment only.
Since 1976, Norristown Police Athletic League (PAL) has been actively serving the youths of Norristown. It is a non-profit organization run by volunteers, providing families and youths with recreational, educational and cultural programs. PAL promotes self-esteem, avoidance of substance abuse and respect for fellow citizens, law and order. To participate in leagues, classes, or programs you must be a PAL member.
