Desert Highlands Golf Club is a private residential golf community that was opened in 1983. It is comprised of more than 550 home sites and is spread over an area of over 850 acres. The club maintains a nearly 7,000-square-foot pavilion fitness center that is equipped with approximately 30 workout stations, including step masters, Precor ellipticals, treadmills stationery bicycles, and a spectrum of Cybex machines and free weights. Desert Highlands Golf Club also offers several massage therapies that include Swedish and hot stone, salt glow body scrubs and scalp massages. Located in Scottsdale, Ariz., its full-service pro shop stocks a range of tennis apparel, shoes and racquets.
