Inspiral Motion offers Gyrotonic, Yoga and Pilates instruction with certified instructors teaching each class. Inspiral Motion is a fully equipped Gyrotonic studio and has state-of-the-art Gyrotonic and Pilates equipment. Small classes and programs are available for men and women, with prices starting out at $80 for a series six classes using the Gyrotonic equipment. Inspiral Motion is inside the Medical Building in Fairmount Circle.
Cain Park Bicycle is located at the corner of Superior Avenue and Lee Road, right on the edge of Cain Park. The store offers bike tune-ups for $20, which includes wheel truing, derailleur adjustment, brake adjustment and lubrication of all moving parts. Complete bike rebuilds can be done for $90 plus parts costs. Bike brands carried include Bianchi, Biria, Miele, Rocky Mountain and Evox. The independent bike shop was founded in 2006.
