LIFECORE Health Group is a Community Mental Health Center providing integrated health services to seven counties in Northeast Mississippi. The goal at LIFECORE Health Group is to establish an accessible, comprehensive, integrated healthcare system for individuals who suffer from a behavioral health disorder, have a developmental disability, or suffer from a chemical dependency. LIFECORE Health Group’s integrated delivery model is designed specifically to meet the unique health care needs of children and adolescents who suffer from a severe emotional disturbance and adults who suffer from a chronic behavioral health disorder or chemical dependency. All programs offered by LIFECORE Health Group focus on the individual’s comprehensive healthcare needs both behavioral health and physical health. Our staff encompasses over 220 professional employees dedicated to providing the highest quality services to our patients and their families. LIFECORE Health Group is proud to provide services through a compassionate and talented team of Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists, Adult Psychiatrists, Family Practice Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RN’s, LPN’s, Clinical Psychologists, Master’s Level Therapists and Bachelor’s Level Support Staff. Our primary mission is to provide behavioral and medical healthcare to children and adolescents who suffer from a severe emotional disturbance and adults who suffer from a chronic behavioral health illness or chemical dependency. Our primary treatment objective is to assist patients to function independently in their communities and avoid psychiatric hospital admission or long term institutional placement as well as to proactively advocate and empower them toward the improvement and preservation of their emotional and physical health.
