The Coordinating Council for Independent Living, also known as CCIL, is an agency that offers a range of support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1980, it provides various case management and personal care programs throughout the state of West Virginia. The Coordinating Council for Independent Living administers the Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver Program, which includes assistance in the areas of specified medication, physician visits and hospitalization.
