Good Samaritan Alliance is housed along with United Christian Ministries at 303 Dacusville Highway. The coalition helps residents of Pickens County who are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare recieve free medical care.
SHARE - Community Action Partnership is a nonprofit. It seeks to help low and moderate-income residents to become self-sufficient or to become independent of public and charitable assistance. Programs may include assistance with utility bills to child and family services to support education, emotional, social and physical well being.

Seniors Unlimited of Pickens County maintains four centers throughout the county. The Easley Senior Center at this location offers a variety of enjoyable social activities for individuals overs the age of 55, including pool tables, card games, bingo, exercise equipment, classes, day trips and events. Transportation is available.
