Founded in 1954, Family Services of Westchester is a not-for-profit organization that provides health services as well as social and educational assistance. They work with children to senior citizens. The Maple Avenue location is a housing complex for low-income senior citizens associated with Family Services of Westchester. The management company for the building is located in Elmsford, NY and is responsible for the maintenance and occupancy of the complex.

It provides same-day service to doctor's appointments, daily errands, leisure activities and a variety of other places.
