The management company for the building is located in Elmsford, NY and is responsible for the maintenance and occupancy of the complex.
FISH, which stands for Friends in Helping Service, provides transportation services for the elderly and others in need. It provides same-day service to doctor's appointments, daily errands, leisure activities and a variety of other places. FISH is run by many community volunteers and accepts requests for rides through an answering machine between 6am and 8am every day.
