Conners Childrens Center is a 16-plus-bed residential treatment program that serves boys from 6 to 14 years with emotional and behavioral disorders. It is licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Families. The center is administered by Child & Family Services, which is a private, nonprofit human service agency and has been operational for more than 130 years. The agency provides children, adults, families and businesses with a variety of behavioral health and human service programs. Its services include family counseling; mental health care; prevention services; foster care; and residential treatment services for youths. The agency also offers special education programs; domestic violence prevention, treatment and intervention services; employee assistance programs; and advocacy services. It is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children. Conners Childrens Center is located in Buffalo, N.Y.
