Long Term Solutions is a provider of a variety of long-term care services and programs. This provider offers a suite of services that include long-term care support, planning and assessments to employers, insurance companies, families and individuals. Specific services include care coordination and delivery, comprehensive assessments, retrieving medical data and information and providing plan of care development. The company also offers assistance in the form of programs, including the WeCare+ program, which includes assessments, monitoring, care coordination and provider and plan of care recommendations.
Founded in 1962, Natick Service Council (NSC) is an advocacy, referral, case management, and information center serving the most economically disadvantaged members of our community. We help clients meet basic needs for food, housing, and access to health care with the goal of promoting self-sufficiency. We are guided by the motto "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" and serve our fellow community members with dignity, compassion, and confidentiality. NSC's programs include our Food Pantry, Case Management Services, Eviction Prevention, Fuel & Utility Assistance, a Career Development Center, and access to Health Care Services, including a dental program.
The Autism Alliance of MetroWest plans programs and educational events to increase public awareness of autism related disorders. There are over 850 families that are a part of this alliance. A non-profit entity, its goal is to continue to provide information to families of children who live with this condition. The Autism Alliance's office is located at the Morse Institute Library.
