Located in Foxboro, Mass., Kennedy-Donovan Center is committed to the full continuum of care for individuals and families of all ages with developmental disabilities. It offers a full range of consumer and family-centered services throughout life from pregnancy, infancy, childhood, adulthood and the elder years. The center provides an array of services for children, families and adults, including early intervention, intensive foster care, family support services, day habilitation, individual support services, transitional job support and social recreation. Kennedy-Donovan Center s residential services include supported living, supervised living, shared living, and adult family care and intensive foster care. Moreover, its family programs serve 4,000 children, youth and families with disabilities.
Hessco Elder Services provides support for families caring for elders, nutrition, protective services for elders, health benefits, legal services and money management.
