Our staff consists of ASE certified technicians with a total of 90 years of experience and trained administrative personnel. In addition, when the job is done we will explain all charges thoroughly. The service assistant and technician assigned to your vehicle will gladly answer any questions you may have. We can only save your problem if we know about it, so please tell us if we have failed to meet your expectations in any way. Labor Charges: Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates. The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package which includes parts and labor. Parts: We use only high quality parts backed by a national warranty. If requested, we will make available your replaced parts.
