Lifecare Homes is an assisted living facility in Greenfield. The facility offers residences for seniors with on-site medical caregivers.
Located in the rear of Bay Shore Lutheran church. Interfaith is a program designed to assist older adults who don't have the support system of family, friends or neighbors otherwise. Here they are able to provide transportation services, escort members to docotor appointments, assist in grocery shopping, advocacy and more. Since its beginning in 1973, they have become a countywide Neighborhood Outreach Program with more than 14 offices.
