About Brantly & Associates Inc Brantly & Associates, Inc was established in 1988 as a family business dedicated to the concept of providing professional, high quality training for the security industry. Founder Matt Brantly strives to set industry standards in training, inspired by his fathers dedication to professionalism which is reflected in his distinguished career with the Seminole County Sheriffs office. The passion to teach was reflected in his classes at the Seminole Community College Basic Police Recruit Academy. Lt. Brantly trained new recruits in firearms and self defense from 1972 to 1997. The need for the kind of professional training offered by Brantly & Associates, Inc grew, and with this so has the companys reputation. Matt Brantly, seeing the future, sought to create a team to meet these needs. His diverse staffs reflects his principals of professionalism and have backgrounds in military, police, investigations, intelligence, bail bonds, event staffing and consultation.
