From its beginning in 1948, MacFarling Foods, Inc. has grown to become one of the largest independently-owned foodservice distributors in Indiana, and shareholders in Unipro Foodservice Inc., the worlds largest foodservice cooperative. Its customers include renowned independent fine dining, deli, catering and concession, hospital and healthcare, industrial and institutional foodservice operators. McFarling currently stocks more than 5,000 products including: custom-cut beef, pork, lamb and veal; fresh poultry and seafood; fresh fruits and vegetables; dairy products; frozen, canned and dry goods; along with disposable and chemical product lines. It has provided national brands and programs through its local community connection for over a half-century. McFarling has more than 190 employees at its Indianapolis facility and services cities in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. McFarling has offices in Indianapolis and Richmond, Ind.
