Freebrook Academy is a school offering education for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Samuel Mills Sprole is a small elementary school in Carroll Gardens with just under 300 students. Sprole offers extracurricular programs for its students. Sprole shares a building with the New Horizons Middle School.
The Dance Studio of Park Slope has been in business for 35 years. Over the years it's developed programs for children as young as 18 months old to classes in advanced ballet for adults. New student discounts, class sampling and special "buy a bunch" rates are offered to make it affordable to as many as possible. The school is open year-round with a late summer break in the action. Most every style of popular dancing, and some you may not of heard of yet, is taught here.
