Thank you for visiting Da Firma Training Center! We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the heart of Chesapeake Virginias Great Bridge area. We offer classes starting at age for to adult. Brazilian jiu jitsu is the perfect martial art for everyone of every age, men, women and youth. Our Classes are divided by age and experience level; our little samurai class (4-6 year old) meets twice per week, youth and adult classes are offered everyday with with afternoon and evening classes to fit your schedule. We also offer semi-personal athletic performance and strength and conditioning training with certified strength and conditioning coaches and staff. We also offer Yoga to keep you body and mind centered.
