Located just off Route 9, Lil' Achievers is a place where young minds can be developed for several age groups. Licensed as a preschool and a kindergarten, Lil' Achievers also offers a camp program for children up to 10 and also offers a before- and after-school program for students.
Open Door Bible Baptist Church offers regular worship and a variety of services and programs to the community. Services are held Sunday morning at 11am, Sunday evening at 6pm and Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. Sunday School is also held Sunday mornings at 9:45am. In addition to running a variety of ministries, the Open Door Bible Baptist Church runs the Liberty Christian School. This private school educates its students according to the A Beka Book. One of nine elementary schools in town, the Ramtown School provides a full slate of services to local residents. Using a strong technology element as well as contributions from the PTO, the Ramtown School has earned recognition from several organizations for its efforts.
The Howell Board of Education serves residents of Howell by overseeing the town's nine elementary schools and three middle schools. Residents of Howell then send their children to three local high schools depending on their location: Howell, Colts Neck and Freehold Township. Residents are welcome to attend regular school board meetings and meeting agendas are posted online.
