Located near the intersection of Sonderen and Terra, North Middle School is the home of the Cougars. It has a student body of 966 students and a staff of 84 teachers and assistants. It serves students in grades sixth through eighth.
Oakhaven Montessori School offers an alternative to traditional education for children ages two-and-a-half to second grade. According to the school's website, the school mission is to "celebrate the individuality of each child while fostering interdependence with all of life. While adhering to the teachings of Maria Montessori, we create choices, open doors and provide a life education." The school's classrooms and materials are designed to meet the Association of Montessori Education criteria. The Primary School is for children ages two to six and focuses on a curriculum of practical life, sensorial, language and math skills. Primary students can attend half days from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., two or three days from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or full days from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Extended care is available in the morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. and after school until 5:30 p.m. The elementary school students in kindergarten through second grade work independently in a classroom of mixed ages. The children work under the direction of the teacher but there is no grading scale, tests or homework. Montessori students are encouraged to self-correct and help each other.
Located at the intersection of Pitman and Woodlawn, The Alternative High School is the Fort Zumwalt School District's option for those in need of night classes. It has approximately 23 students attending classes, and up to four teachers. The classes are held on weekday evenings.

Liberty Classical School is a ministry of Liberty Christian School located at 709 Crestview Drive in O'Fallon. The secondary school was established to provide a parentally guided Bible study. LCS provides families with the tools they need to educate with Biblical based curriculum in their homes.
West Middle School is located near the intersection of Highway K and Waterford Crossing. It is the home of the Wildcats.
The Morgan School is an early childhood education day care center that is conveniently located on Highway N. It accepts children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Its staff teaches a comprehensive curriculum which focuses on teaching cognitive, physical, emotional and social skills to each child. Monthly themes enrich the educational experience and Spanish is incorporated into the curriculum. This center also offers school drop off and pick up services for elementary school-age children.
United Services Early Childhood Center is conveniently located between Fort Zumwalt and Wentzville school districts. It provides preschool and child-care services for typically developing children as well as special-needs children between the ages of six weeks and five years. The curriculum covers social skills, literacy and language, math, social studies, science, arts and motor skills. All teachers are certified. This location is also equipped with a registered nurse, behavioral therapist and social worker, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapists.
Located near the intersection of Homefield and Pinewood, Westhoff Elementary serves children grades k-5. It has an enrollment of 569 students and a staff of 40.
West County Day School is conveniently located on Winghaven Road near Bryan Road. It offers daycare, early education classes, and after school programs for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years old. West County Day School's curriculum focuses on social, cognitive, physical, and motor skills. For school-aged children it offers The Homework Club, which ensures your child will have the help he or she needs with any assignment. It offers pick up and drop off services to Twin Chimneys, Emge, ICD, and Ostman Elementary Schools.
Holy Cross Lutheran Church was one of the first Lutheran congregations established in O'Fallon. After moving around to several different locations, including the VFW Hall and O'Fallon Mortuary Hall, the current church on Veterans Memorial Parkway was built in May 1975.
Holy Cross Lutheran participates in several community outreach programs, including providing support for the Hope Ministry Food Pantry and working with the O'Fallon Police Chaplains to provide assistance to those in temporary need of food, gas or utilities.
