Hayden Peak Elementary, founded in 1999, is a year-round school that serves more than 1,250 students in kindergarten through grade six. It provides instruction in art, math, social studies, science, language arts, physical education and music. The school offers a resource program that includes a variety of services for students with special learning needs. Its media center has a collection of reading and reference materials that are available for academic study, class assignments, independent learning and pleasure reading. The school has a computer laboratory where students learn basic computer skills and keyboarding techniques. It offers an after-school orchestra program for students in grades four through six. Hayden Peak Elementary is a part of the Jordan School District and is located in West Jordan, Utah.
