Bobak Sausage Company was founded in 1967. It makes more than 100 different sausage and deli meat specialties under USDA standards. The company provides catering services, such as meal entrees from a selection of Polish/American specialties; gourmet trays, made from deli meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits or seafood; and pastry trays, specialty tortes and cakes. Bobak Sausage Company also operates stores and restaurants in Chicago, Burr Ridge, Naperville and Orland Park, Ill.
