Beloit Regional Hospice provides a wide range of medical and support services to manage patients with terminal illnesses. Its services include education, pain and symptom management, nursing care, social and emotional support, spiritual support, respite care, grief support, and physical, speech and occupational therapy. Beloit Regional Hospice, located in Beloit, Wis., also provides dietary counseling and medication, equipment and supplies, necessary for management of patient care. The hospice accepts patients with a variety of conditions, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cancer, HIV and AIDS, severe birth defects, stroke, Alzheimer s disease, and dementia. Patients are also accepted with conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiovascular disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson s disease, renal, liver and lung diseases.
