Independent living, assisted living and nursing center care are offered at the Towne Center Community Campus. The facility is one of nine privately-held health care centers in northeast Ohio owned and operated by the Sprenger family organization that was founded in 1959. A memory support program is also offered.
Independence Village in Avon Lake is a retirement community with many services and amenities for senior living. Social activities, Village Café, fitness programs, computer lab, library and indoor garden center are all part of the community. One- and two-bedroom private apartments are available. Continental breakfast and dinner every evening are included in the monthly fees. Chauffeured transportation is available in the Avon Lake area to run errands or go shopping. Housekeeping, maintenance and linen services are provided as well as medical emergency response from a 24-hour staff dedicated to resident needs.
