The Ursuline Convent of Saint Teresa is located on the edge of The College of New Rochelle campus. Established in 1881, the community of Ursuline sisters of Saint Teresa is closely associated with The College of New Rochelle, and is dedicated to religious education and service. Ursulines are active throughout the United States and worldwide as members of the Roman Union.

Bezer Holiness Church, on the corner of Huguenot Street and Columbus Avenue, is a small congregation that helps local residents through several ministries and missions. The church focuses strongly on youth issues, holding a weekly youth meeting Friday at 7:30pm. Led by Pastor Martin Nelson, Bezer Holiness has connections to two churches in Jamaica and strong service and business ties to the New Rochelle community.
This Salvation Army location has a church and a social services center. The congregation is especially active in eliminating hunger in the community. From a monthly food pantry to weekly soup kitchens and free breakfasts, this Salvation Army location does a world of good for the town's needy. The center also opens a cooling center in the summer.

The Presbyterian Church of New Rochelle occupies a large historic church building located 50 Pintard Ave. The church includes both a Korean Ministry and English Ministry which was established in 1998. English and Korean services are held Sundays and throughout the week. The church also provides Bible study, youth programs and a Korean language school.
