Five Oaks Community Church is a religious institution serving Woodbury and the surrounding areas. This parish was organized in the late 1970s to serve the fast-growing suburban area. It held its first services in 1981 in several rented spaces. The first church opened in 1984 to serve a congreagation of more than 1,000 households. in 1989 the parish completed an expansion adding about 9,000 square feet of worship, office and multi-use space.
