The Congregational Church of Chatsworth was established in 1958.  It is a small, friendly, cheerful church with Reverand George McGraw at the helm. It is a part of the United Church of Christ and is responsible for the Chatsworth Native Plant Walkway, just east of the church parking lot, which shows an attractive water-conserving way to beautify the gardens in Southern California.

Leaves of Healing Tabernacle is located in an industrial park, behind the 9440 block of Lurline Boulevard. This church is unique in that its services are during the week, on Tuesday and Friday nights. Leaves of Healing donates and serves food to the needy and homeless after Friday evening services. Children's Bible School is also held during every service, for children ages 8-11. Preschool ministry is available for children 3-5 years old and nursery ministry for children 2 years and under. The church also holds monthly youth activities and monthly women's and men's bible study classes.

West Valley Christian Center is a small church that has been here for more than 30 years. It has services in English, Spanish and Assyrian services every Sunday and various bible study classes throughout the week. There are ministries for adults and children as well as a daycare option while parents are at sermons. The space houses meetings for those in recovery or support groups and is also available for special events such as weddings.

Hindu Temple & Indian Cultural Center provides a place of worship for devotees in the Chatsworth community. The Temple is a great place to go for meditation and to learn more about Indian and Asian traditions in southern California. It offers self-help programs and liturgical activities. Situated on a park-like setting in the heart of Chatsworth, St. Stephen Presbyterian Church is a family-centered congregation. There are two ways of worship available to participate in here. The first is a traditional worship service with choral music, hymns and readings. The second is a contemporary worship service with popular praise music, biblical messages, Holy Communion and Kingdom Kids church school. Nursery Care is provided. All are welcome at the St. Stephen Presbyterian Church.

St. Stephen Presbyterian Church in Chatsworth is a family-friendly community of faith. Regular Sunday Worship with choral music begins at 9:30am and all are welcome. Bible Study, Prayer Fellowship and Nursery Care are also available each Sunday.

There is a pre-school on site that has been of service to the community since 1972. Its enriched curriculum focuses on the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of each child. It has been accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs since 1990.

The Church occupies half a block on Oakdale Avenue, down the street from Egremont Academy. This church is the headquarters for the LDS Chatsworth ward. Along with Sunday services in English, they also hold services in Korean. Temple sealing wedding ceremonies are also performed here. At the back of the church is a large administration building, which houses recreational facilities as well.

Valley Bethel Presbyterian Church has been under the guidance of Pastor Nam Choo for the past three years. He is from Vancouver, Canada. Korean services are also held here to accommodate the many speakers in our community. There is plenty of room and parking and the church's staff are very friendly and understanding.

Since 1986, this synagogue has held services one Friday per month in various hotels around Chatsworth, with up to 400 people attending each time. The synagogue is very musically inclined--one of the cantors is a trained opera singer, and there are several choirs plus a theater program. The service schedule is listed on the Web site.

Chatsworth Foursquare Church is a vibrant place for Christians from a multitude of backgrounds to interact and learn from on another.

This very diverse congregation places a high priority on Bible study for kids and adults. Study groups and lots of youth activities happen regularly throughout the week.

Pastors Jerry and Juliet Moreno have been with the church since the 1980s.

The Foursquare faith is based on doctrine created by Los Angeles-based 20th century evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson, the first woman to deliver a sermon on radio among other groundbreaking accomplishments. The church is now part of the coalition known as the Pentacostal/Charasmatic Churches of North America.
