Once weve found and purchased a home, we clean up the property and in many instances make significant repairs to the property. Even after all of the improvements and upgrades, we are usually able to price the home at least $20, 000 below similar houses. Gorilla Capital does extensive value assessment, property inspection and title research. For every home we buy, we look at over 150 properties that dont make the cut. Once we acquire a house at auction, take photos, price the home, and post the home on our website, we send an e-mail out to alert our subscribers. For the next 72 hours, the home is only offered through our email alert/website offering. After 72 hours, we begin upgrading and improving the house and the price is subject to change as the improvements are completed.
