Anita Oaks Apartments is a large facility where many of the rentals look like homes in a residential community. The grounds are landscaped beautifully with grass, trees, bushes and flowers and a large outdoor pool is in the center of the complex. Parking is plentiful and storage units can be obtained at the site.
Apartments are one, two and three bedrooms with laundry rooms near many of the living areas. High speed internet is another amenity for any renters who require service. No pets are allowed and the building manager shows available apartments to prospective tenants. Appointments are required to see the units that are for rent. It is located close to many shopping areas and just a few miles from downtown Pasadena.
