Toni Velleman grew up in Northwest Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications focusing on Public Relations and Marketing. Toni moved to Arizona in 1993 and began her career in the Real Estate field as a Property Manager of a prominent golf community in North Scottsdale. After receiving her license in 1997, Toni began putting her Public Relations degree to work by creating an extensive and unique marketing plan for listing properties throughout the Valley of the Sun. In 2000 Toni received her Accredited Buyers Representative designation. In 2005 she hired and continues to be coached by one of the most prominent business coaching companies in the US, and in 2006 she received her Graduate Realtor Institute and E-Pro designations. In 2003 Toni married Jason Wellman (yes she changed her name from Velleman to Wellman- throws off the airlines every time!) and moved to Reading England for 18 months. During this time she had the opportunity to travel to Italy, France,Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Budapest, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Spain, Germany, Scotland, Egypt and India. Toni and Jason have 2 children- Kaeden and Suraya. Toni is currently a member of the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®, Scottsdale Association of Realtors and a member of St. Andrews Parish. She was a member of the Air National Guard for 11 years with her most recent position in Public Affairs at the 161st Refueling Unit in Phoenix Arizona. When not taking care of her clients, Toni enjoys her family, running, tabata & spinning classes, spending time with close friends and traveling. Toni works by referral throughout most of the valley but tends to focus in the East Valley- Scottsdale, Arcadia, Tempe, Chandler,Gilbert areas. She has intimate local knowledge of the East Valley and works tirelessly to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. She looks forward to working with you.
