Las Vegas Review-Journal has a daily circulation of more than 160,000 and a Sunday circulation of nearly 225,000 newspapers. The company publishes a daily newspaper for the residents of Las Vegas and its surrounding communities. Las Vegas Review-Journal is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stephens Media Group, a multi-faceted publishing company based in Las Vegas. The newspaper features local, national and international news, sports coverage, arts and entertainment, casino and hotel information, food and dining reviews, obituaries and wedding announcements. The Review-Journal also operates review-journal.com, an online version of the newspaper that contains stories written by Review-Journal or Stephens Media Group employees, as well as a few wire stories. The present incarnation of the Las Vegas Review-Journal is a result of the combination of the Las Vegas Age, a newspaper that was established in 1905, and other competing publications.
