East Greenwich High School serves students in grades 9-12. It is regularly ranked as one of the highest performing public high schools in Rhode Island.
Located on Avenger Drive, the local public high school has been here since 1967. Last year, the high school underwent significant renovations, which added a new science lab, a new entrance and a new athletic field complex. There are 759 students and 76 teachers.
Joe Millitelo is the interim principal, and Michael Podraza is the vice principal.
Meadowbrook Farms Elementary School is a kindergarten through third grade public school located at the end of Chestnut Drive behind East Greenwich High School.

Frenchtown Elementary School, the only local public school located west of Route 2 at 1100 Frenchtown Rd., serves students in kindergarten through third grade.

Archie R. Cole Middle School is a public school for sixth, seventh and eighth graders in East Greenwich. It is located at 100 Cedar Avenue. The new school building was opened April 2011.
Eldredge Elementary School, located in the heart of downtown East Greenwich on First Avenue, is the oldest school building in the District. Originally the high school, Eldredge has been an elementary school since 1956. It was built in 1928. Until last year, Eldredge Field was still the home field for various East Greenwich High School athletic teams.

Goddard Park is 489 acre park located on the Potowomut peninsula, comprised of woodlands, fields, coastline and manicured grounds. There are mature tree specimens from all over the world and more than 18 miles of trails for the enjoyment of equestrians and hikers alike.
Goddard Park is home to a public beach, several ball fields and C&L Stables, a stable through which one can hire a guide and horse for public trail rides. Other features one may enjoy while visiting Goddard Park are a nine-hole golf course and a beach with bath houses.
Special events, including horse shows and a weekly Farmer's Market, are hosted at Goddard Park seasonally. Summer concerts are held at The Goddard Park Carousel, which can also be rented for private events such as weddings.
