The Brooklyn High School of the Arts in Boerum Hill was founded in 2000. The large school building reverberates with the sounds of instruments and singing, just walk by one afternoon and you'll see. Approximately 700 students attend the school, and auditions are required before enrolling in a preferred artistic medium.
