We currently have seven sites in central Alabama serving Bibb, Perry, Chilton, Dallas, Autauga and Jefferson Counties. Our health centers provide comprehensive primary care services, located in Centreville, Alabama, that provides comprehensive primary care services, including treatment and management of chronic and acute diseases; preventative care and cancer screenings; pediatric care; women’s health services; prenatal care and obstetrics; dermatological services; geriatrics; sports medicine services; mental healthcare; dental services and much more. We currently have more than 50 healthcare providers, four social workers, three licensed clinical social workers providing counseling, two registered dietitians and a team of nurses and medical assistants whose job it is to assist our patients in becoming healthier individuals.
