Johnny uses Motivational Interviewing along with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to discover the client’s strengths and create a person-centered plan. She also has experience in teaching social skills, coping skills, relaxation techniques, and communication skills.
