Based in Birmingham, Ala., City Action Partnership (CAP) patrols streets on bicycles and in vehicles with rotating green lights. The organization works with law enforcement, businesses and government. It also acts as ambassadors of the downtown giving directions and helping stranded motorist. CAP offers a wide range of services, such as street security patrol, graffiti removal, security escorts and outside supplemental cleanup. The organization assists stranded motorists with their dead batteries, gas, lockout and flat tire.
