Established in 1980, the Dayspring Christian Academy provides Christ-centered educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade 12. Its academic curriculum includes mathematics, English, language arts, science and social studies. It conducts classes in fine arts, Bible, Spanish and French. The school also maintains a library and media center that stocks books and periodicals and reference materials. Located in Blacksburg, Va., it maintains high school clubs. The school organizes a range of athletic activities that includes basketball, volleyball, soccer, cross-country, and track and field. The Dayspring Christian Academy additionally provides financial assistance services and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International.
