Westminister Presbyterian Church is a large, picturesque church. Everyone is welcome at Westminster – the church has child care available during worship services, as well as children’s activities available if you prefer for your child to stay with you during services. It also offers large-print bulletins and assistance for the hearing impaired. The church offers many ways for members to get involved, including committees, events, scout troops, mission trips, youth programs and more.
Grace United Methodist is a large church located near the intersection of Sam Rittenberg Boulevard and Ashley Hall Road. The church offers numerous ministries, such as music and youth gatherings, in addition to two Sunday morning services and Sunday school.
The church is also home to Grace United Methodist Church Weekday School, which is a preschool for children ages two to four years old. The school offers Mother’s Morning Out for those with infants.
Charlestown Montessori is one of South Carolina's oldest Montessori schools. The school's comprehensive program seeks to educate children from infancy through elementary school.
Playhouse Daycare accepts children aged six weeks through 12 years. The daycare center has a playground out back.
