Its corporation is comprised of three divisions: Spartan a full service promotional advertising distributor with satellite offices in Minneapolis, Chicago and Tempe, Ariz.; Applied Images an on-site computerized engraver, screen & pad printer and embroiderer; and House of Graphics a graphic art studio servicing Spartans graphic art needs and clients throughout the Twin Cities. Spartan has more than 100 independent advertising account executives located throughout the nation. Spartan has won numerous Golden Pyramid awards, the highest award judged and awarded by Promotional Products. Spartan Promotional Group was founded in 1966 by co-owners, Phyllis and Allen Hohenwald.
