Congregation of the Messiah, located on Cameron Place in Tuckahoe, shares a space with the New York Japanese Church.

Immaculate Conception Church was established in 1853 and was originally located on Main Street. In 1906, the land that would eventually become the present-day church was purchased; the building was complete by 1911. The most recent renovations to the church were finished in 2009.

In addition to weekly and Sunday mass, the Church offers programs including bible study, vacation bible camp, a youth organization, choir, and a rosary society.

The New York Japanese Church is located on Cameron Place and serves the Japanese population in the area.

In April 1996, the church began operating under the name Westchester Japanese Church, with services in White Plains. Only a few months later, in November, the congregation moved to its present building in Tuckahoe. In 1999, the name was changed to New York Japanese Church. Along with weekly service, activities include choir, bible study and prayer meetings.

The church holds worship services every Sunday at 11am. Before service, education classes are offered from 9:30am to 11am. Bible study is held on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 9pm, and communion services are offered every first Sunday of the month. Reverend Comas E. Bonaparte, Ph.D., is the pastor of the congregation.
