The bright red on St. Mark's Episcopal Church makes it easy to spot in Mystic. Founded in 1859 the Reverend Mark A. Santucci presides over Sunday services. The church hall hosts dinners and forums throughout the year, and every October the church invites patrons to bring their pets to service for the Blessing of the Animals.
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is located on Flanders Road in Mystic. Bible study and services are held throughout the week in partnership with congregations in New London and Groton.
The Mystic Congregational Church's goal "is to joyfully bring the Christain principles of faith, hope and love to all." It is located in the historic downtown Mystic and serves over 500 people. The church was founded in 1852. Pastor Reverend Ann M. Aaberg leads the Sunday morning services.
