Garland Studio occupies a storefront space on Ventura Boulevard near the intersection with Woodman Avenue. It's a dedicated pilates studio. Inside, the walls are mirrored to ensure perfect form. Specialized equipment is provided to further enhance sessions. Owner Trish Garland, a former Broadway dancer, took up the practice in the wake of a knee injury and went on to study the discipline under acclaimed instructor Romana Kryzanowska.
