Baptist Trinity Home Care & Hospice is a nonprofit home care, hospice, private duty and supplemental staffing agency located in Memphis, Tenn. The organization was founded in 1974 under the name of Upjohn, is part of the Baptist Memorial Health Care family and is fully approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Its home care division provides registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, medical social workers, and physical, speech and occupational therapists. The organization s hospice division provides services to terminally ill patients and their families.
