Our goal is to help residents achieve their optimum level of function while simultaneously incorporating their rights to self-determination. Umpqua Valley is located in the beautiful foothills of the valley, in a park-like setting, conveniently located off Harvard Ave. with easy access to I-5. Room selection includes private and semi-private bedrooms. The facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance and managed health plans. On-site physician and nurse practitioner services are available.

Riverpark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is one of the various health care facilities operated by Touchmark Living Centers.
