The staff at Excel Fitness Center work to help every member be healthy, lean and fit. During each visit members receive one-on-one training. It provides numerous programs, including sports conditioning, strength training, weight loss support and golf fitness evaluations. Other services such as massage therapy, acupuncture and traditional physical therapy are offered.
