Body Dynamics is a physical therapy and personal training facility that offers fitness classes and instruction to individuals in the greater Falls Church area. The facility is divided into three zones: the Blue Zone, for individuals undergoing physical therapy and one-on-one treatments; the Green Zone, a space for groups to focus on routine workouts; and the Red Zone, for high-intensity boot camps and power programs. Body Dynamics offers Pilates classes, fitRX gym memberships, Pace training programs, fitness and sports assessments and orthopedic manual physical therapy treatments.
