Founder Graham "Bushy" Muir describes Manic Training as "no frills, no egos and no mirrors," and strives to help each client reach fitness goals.

A family-run business, the club was started in 1978 by Anthony Rose, Jr. Today it is owned by daughter Kimberly Rose, with grandson Michael Fragomeni serving as a manger. This familial management reflects in the atmosphere of the gym, which exudes an aura of community. The club is located on Columbia Street near Church Street.
Xtreme Fitness sells fitness and bodybuilding supplements from its storefront and also offers classes in pole dancing, Zoomba, kettle bells and some mixed martial arts. "I've personally taken a 'cycle' of everything I sell," says owner Damian Rufo of his ability to provide good, sound advice. Rufo had worked helping to design supplements before he opened his own business in 2009. Xtreme Fitness also specializes in hyper-personalized diet planning and fitness counseling.
