Quest Fitness, located on Rt. 17 S, is an impressive facility, offering patrons cardio and strength training equipment, a steam room, and an assortment of fitness classes, including Pilates, Zumba, Cardio Kickbox, Step and Sculpt and Cycling. Pilates Reformer classes are also offered for an additional fee, and childcare is available.
24-Hour Fitness is a huge facility located on Route 17 South at the Williams Avenue intersection. The gym, which houses a full-sized basketball court, racquetball court, pool, sauna and steam room in addition to a vast array of cardio machines and strength-training equipment, has been at this location for two years. There is also a lounge, kid's club, pro shop and smoothie bar. Classes offered include swimming, yoga, cycling, kickboxing, boot camp, zumba, pilates and body sculpting. Free 7-day passes are available for those interested in joining.
