Somerset Swim & Fitness Center is located at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Somerset Parkway. This state-of-the-art facility offers indoor and outdoor pools, a workout room with the latest in cardio and strength-training equipment, saunas and steam room. Massage therapy is available along with classes in Zumba, Pilates, yoga, "boot camp" and aqua aerobics in a relaxing, non-intimidating setting. Different types of membership are available and include a fitness evaluation and body composition assessment and personalized program.
Results Fitness and Training Studio offers small-group and personal training sessions. Though it specializes in training for women, men are welcome to participate in the small-group and couples training sessions. Programs are designed to help participants build strength, cardio conditioning and balance. Nutritional counseling is also available.

Natural Physique is a personal training studio offering weight training, nutritional advice and consultation, body fat analysis, sport training and core training. Private and semi-private boxing and kickboxing classes are also offered. The facility has a full gym, kitchen and private shower. There is no membership required.
