Boost Fitness is a locally-owned gym with three Massachusetts locations. Group exercise classes include Step, Power (a 60-minute bar bell workout), Centergy (a mind body workout combining yoga, pilates and thai chi), Kick (boxing and martial arts), and Zumba (latin rythm and dance meets aerobics). Basic classes are included in the membership fee but it also offers special programs such as Livestrong Spinning, Boot Camp, Hip Hop Hustle, and TRX Suspension Training for an additional fee. Get in Shape for Women is a women's fitness studio that features certified personal trainers dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. The trainers focus on strength training, cardio, nutrition training, and, of course personal accountability to help members reach their goals. In order to ensure everyone receives personalized attention, each member can work one-on-1one or in small group classes of four women or less. Project Jay Fitness is a fitness facility and personal training service . It provides Zumba fitness classes, cross-training training, its signature R.I.P.P.E.D. program and personal coaching. PJF members participate in local athletic events, including the triathlon, marathon, Metrodash and Tough Mudder.
