Julestarz Academy for the Performing Arts is a dance instruction and training studio with two locations in the area, including one based on Churchview Drive in Fishhawk. The academy, led by owner and artistic director Julie Kenny, offers a wide range of programs for students, including for both children and adults. Some classes include dance lessons, music lessons and musical theatre, as well as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap and lyrical dance. The academy provides a warm and friendly environment where students can develop their creative potential. In addition to dance instruction, the academy also offers private lessons in drums, guitar, piano, voice and violin. An all-boys hip-hop dance troupe is being formed as well.
