The Brimmer Street Garage is a private parking structure. All spaces in the garage are individually owned. The typical price for a space is in the $250,000 range.
On occasion, individual owners will rent out their spots to people on a monthly or annual lease. Notices are distributed throughout the neighborhood and also by word of mouth.
